We require the following documents to be uploaded: The Power of Attorney Proof of payment of levies paid up until date of transfer month The details of the new owner in order to send new statements to them The Popi declaration Bank details of seller to do refund of pro rata levies if any. i Real Property Management will refund the seller of any pro rata levies once we receive notification from the Attorneys that transfer has taken place. We work strictly with date of transfer for the opening and closing of a levy account. Any agreements in respect of occupational rental, must be resolved between the two parties.
