On appointment, we first conduct a take-over assessment. This is to ensure a smooth transition of the functions and processes to i Real Letting. We perform a “health check” of the property to confirm that all the appropriate hand-over information and documentation is available and that the property is compliant with all the relevant safety regulations and legislation. From thereon we maintain and manage your property, with the co-operation of the Trustee’s/Owners to our high standards.

• Conducting of monthly building/facilities/grounds inspections to identify remedial work required and plan accordingly
• Obtain quotations from contractors for work to be undertaken as agreed with Trustees
• Negotiate with independent contractors to ensure best delivery and pricing (in co-operation with Trustees)
• Conducting onsite inspections with Trustees when necessary.
